Repairs, Calibration & Warranty Service
General Information
Wm. B. Johnson & Associates maintain complete calibration facilities and trained personnel to evaluate and repair all of the equipment they manufacture. All products returned to Johnson for repairs will be fully evaluated at no charge and a firm cost to repair provided to the customer before any repairs are completed. All products that have been repaired will be tested and electrically calibrated to the original specifications for the product. The repairs completed on each product will have a limited warranty of one year. Before the product is returned, the customer must contact Johnson Customer Service by telephone, fax or e-mail to determine if the item is under warranty and for shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for the cost to return all products to Johnson (UPS Ground Service) at 200 AEI Dr. in Lewisburg, West Virginia. Johnson will pay the shipping & handling cost to return the product repaired under the warranty to customers within the continental (lower 48 states) United States.
The warranty covering repairs is limited to the labor and materials required to complete the repairs only and does not cover the reliability of the entire product. No guarantee or warranty is expressed or implied that extend beyond the purchase cost of a new product or the pro-rated cash value of a used product. Johnson will not be responsible for damages, lost revenue, lost wages or any other damages that may occur due to the purchase operation and/or use of Johnson products.How To Request Repairs

Before returning a product for repairs,
shipping instructions and other pertinent information will be
provided for each product to assure the repairs are
completed in a timely manner.
Methods Of Payment
Wm. B. Johnson will accept all major credit
cards; VISA, MasterCard, & American Express. We will accept
company checks drawn on U.S. banks, money orders & electronic
funds transfers. Organizations choosing to utilize credit cards
and/or electronic funds transfers must first contact our
corporate offices at 304.645.6568,

Wm. B. Johnson does not accept cash for goods and/or
services.
